NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
ELIGIBILITY: Rangers Watch, Listen & Win Playoff Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania, 18 or older. Employees of MSGN Holdings, L.P. (“Sponsor”), MSG Networks, Inc., MSG Entertainment Group, LLC (“MSG”), MSG Sports, LLC, New York Rangers, LLC (the “Rangers”), the National Hockey League, its member teams and NHL Enterprises, L.P. (collectively, “NHL Entities”), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agents and promotional partners, and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes will be available for play beginning during the Rangers game broadcast on MSG Networks on April 27, 2022 and continue through the Rangers game broadcasts on MSG Networks through first round of the 2021-2022 Play-Off season (each, a “Game,” collectively, “Sweepstakes Period”). For the purpose of this Sweepstakes, the Rangers games scheduled to be broadcast on April 27th and April 29th will combined be referred to as a “Game.”
TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, watch the applicable Game broadcast on MSG Networks to learn the “secret word” then visit watchmsg.com and follow the directions to complete and submit the entry form, including the secret word. The secret word will also be posted the day following the Game on Sponsor’s Facebook and Twitter accounts. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the day following the applicable Game (“Entry Deadline”). Limit one (1) entry per person per Game. Multiple entries from any person for any Game will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor.
DRAWINGS: The potential winner for each Game will be selected in a random drawing held on or about the day following the applicable Game after the Entry Deadline from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Nonwinning entries from one drawing will not carry forward into subsequent drawings. Sponsor’s decision with respect to winner determination is final and binding.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be announced on DiPietro, Canty, & Rothenberg (airing 5-8am On 98.7FM ESPN) and notified by phone and/or e-mail with instructions on how to claim the prize and must respond to the initial notification within four (4) hours of that notification. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of date of notification in order to claim prize. If potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within the time period stated, the prize or prize notification is returned as undelivered, the potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return all required documents within the required time period or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such potential winner may be disqualified and forfeits the prize. In the event the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received, time permitting.

May 3rd Drawing Prize: Prize package includes: (i) two (2) tickets to Rangers Playoff Game 2 of the 2022 Playoffs at Madison Square Garden, scheduled to take place on May 2, 2022, (ii) signed Rangers jersey, (iii) signed Rangers puck, and (iv) a MSGN branded cap. ARV of prize package: $800.00.
May 5th Drawing Prize: Prize package includes: (i) signed Rangers jersey, (i) signed Rangers stick, (iii) signed Rangers puck, and (iv) a MSGN branded cap. ARV of prize package: $500.00.
May 7th Drawing Prize: Prize package includes: (i) signed Rangers jersey, (i) signed Rangers stick, (iii) signed Rangers puck, and (iv) a MSGN branded cap. ARV of prize package: $500.00.

*May 13th Drawing Prize: Prize package includes: (i) two (2) tickets to Rangers Playoff Game 7 of the 2022 Playoffs at Madison Square Garden, scheduled to take place on May 10, 2022, (ii) signed Rangers jersey, (iii) signed Rangers puck, and (iv) a MSGN branded cap. ARV of prize package: $800.00.
*These drawings are contingent upon whether any or all of these Games are needed to determine whether the Rangers will advance to Round 2 of the 2022 Playoffs.
Travel to/from venue is not included as part of the prize. Actual value of autographed items may vary based on market fluctuations. Autographed items are not game worn or used. Tickets are subject to availability, as well as the terms and conditions printed thereon. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. Game tickets may not be exchanged for other dates. Winner and guest will be required to comply with all venue rules and regulations, including all COVID-19 protocols in effect at the venue at the time of the game. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize as determined by Sponsor. If, for whatever reason, the game is cancelled or postponed, the printed ticket terms will govern, and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner.
Winner and guest fully understand that (a) the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, “COVID-19”) is extremely contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are or have been present; (b) no precautions, including the protocols that may be implemented from time to time based upon public health and government-sponsored guidelines (collectively, the “Protocols”), can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (c) while people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions; and (d) exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition.
Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer a prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person for the entire Sweepstakes.
PUBLICITY GRANT: Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor, MSG Networks, Inc., MSG Entertainment Group, LLC, Rangers, NHL Entities, and their respective designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information, for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, in any manner, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation or notification to, or permission from, winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant agrees (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and (b) that Sponsor, MSG Networks, Inc., MSG Entertainment Group, LLC, Rangers, the NHL Entities, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agents and promotional partners, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, and ESPN 98.7 ESPN New York (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, email, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules or who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the winner(s) fir the Game(s) at issue from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for such Game(s) prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. Information submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at http://corporate.msgnetworks.com/privacy/.
WINNERS LIST: For the names of the winners, send a #10 self-addressed stamped envelope with the name of the applicable Promotion to: MSG Networks, 11 Pennsylvania Plaza, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10001, Attention: Marlon Jackson, for receipt no later than 30 days following the end of the Sweepstakes.
