ELIGIBILITY: The Spin the Wheel Game (“Game”) is open to legal residents of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania, 18 or older. Void outside the states listed and where prohibited. Employees of MSGN Holdings, L.P. (“Sponsor”), MSG Networks, Inc, MSG Entertainment Group LLC, MSG Sports, LLC, New York Knicks, LLC (“Knicks”), The National Basketball Association (the “NBA”), the NBA Member Teams, NBA Media Ventures, LLC, NBA TV, LLC, and NBA Enterprises, LLC (collectively, the “NBA Entities”), New York Rangers, LLC (the “Rangers”), the National Hockey League, its member teams and NHL Enterprises, L.P. (collectively, “NHL Entities”), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agents and promotional partners, and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Game. Game is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
ENTRY PERIODS: The Game will be offered during the 2022-2023 regular season and drawings will take place each Monday (each, a “Weekly Drawing”). Sponsor is not obligated to offer the Game for the entire length of the 2022-2023 Knicks season or the 2022-2023 Rangers season. For the purpose of this Game, a “Week” begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Monday and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on the following Sunday. For the purpose of this Game, a “Day” begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET.
TO ENTER: During any Entry Period, visit msgnetworks.com/sweeps/spin-to-win/ (“Website”) and follow the directions to spin the wheel (“game play”). The game play will determine how many entries you will receive into the Weekly Drawing or if you have won a Prize Pack (as described below). To claim your entries and/or Prize Pack, you will be required to complete and submit the online entry form. Entry form must be received by the end of the applicable Entry Period to be eligible for the that Weekly Drawing. Limit one (1) game play per person per 24-hr period. Multiple game plays or prize claims from any person or email address will be void, regardless of game play message. Game plays, entries or prize claims generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All game plays and entries become the property of Sponsor. Note: The Game will be branded either Knicks or Rangers and the branded on the wheel at the time you play the Game will indicate the theme of the prizes for that 24-hr period and Weekly Drawing.
PRIZE PACK WINNER DETERMINATION: At least one (1) randomly, computer-generated winning time will be generated during each Day. If you are the first player to play the Game at or after one of the randomly-generated time, you will be a potential Prize Pack winner of the prize indicated. YOU ARE NOT A WINNER EVEN IF THE GAME SHOULD SO INDICATE UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AS A WINNER BY SPONSOR. ALL PRIZE CLAIMS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION OF ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
WEEKLY GRAND PRIZE DRAWINGS: One (1) potential Weekly Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about each Monday while the Game is offered in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Nonwinning entries from one Weekly Grand Prize Drawing will not be included in any other Weekly Grand Prize Drawing. Sponsor’s decision with respect to winner determination is final and binding.
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS: Potential Weekly Grand Prize winners will be notified by phone and/or e-mail with instructions on how to claim the prize and must respond to the initial notification within the time period stated in that notification. Potential Weekly Grand Prize winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within five (5) days of date of notification in order to claim prize.
If any potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within the time period stated, if a prize or prize notification is returned as undelivered, or if a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return all required documents within the required time period (as applicable) or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such potential winner may be disqualified and forfeits the prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Unclaimed or forfeited Prize Packs will not be awarded. You are not a winner until such time that you receive notice from the Sponsor that your eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules has been verified.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: Weekly Grand Prize (one (1) per Weekly Drawing): For Rangers: A signed puck or signed mini hockey stick. ARV: $60-200 each. For Knicks: Autographed picture or signed basketball ball. ARV: $89-200. Actual value will depend on actual Weekly Grand Prize. Prize Pack (at least one (1) per Day): Prize Pack may include: hoodie, luggage tag, hot/cold pack, MSG mug, MSG water bottle, and/or MSG hat (not to exceed a $99 value) ARV: $50-$99. Actual value may vary depending on actual Prize Pack. No items are game worn or game used. For any autographed items, exact autograph will be determined by Sponsor. Actual value of autographed items may vary depending on market fluctuations. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) Prize Pack per person/household per Day. Limit one (1) Weekly Grand Prize per person/household for the entire Game. Prizes will be sent via U.S. mail to the address provided by winner. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
PUBLICITY GRANT: Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information, for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, in any manner, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered (including, but not limited to, during the Knicks game telecast), worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation or notification to, or permission from, winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant agrees (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor and Game administrators selected by Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and (b) that Sponsor, MSG Networks, Inc., the Knicks, the NBA Entities, Entities, the Rangers, the NHL Entities, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agents and promotional partners, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in this Game. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered or garbled game plays, entries, prize claims, email, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Game, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Game, the processing of game plays, prize claims or entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Game-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Game. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Game or downloading materials from or use of the Website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Game or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules or who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries/prize claims will be void. Should any portion of the Game be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of game plays or entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Game (or any portion thereof) and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the winner(s) of the Weekly Drawing(s) at issue from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for such Weekly Grand Prize Drawing(s) prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. Information submitted in connection with this Game will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at msgnetworks.com/privacy/.
WINNERS LIST: For the names of the winners of prizes valued at over $25, send a #10 self-addressed stamped envelope with the name of the applicable Promotion to: MSG Networks, 11 Pennsylvania Plaza, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10001, Attention: Amanda Pugliese, for receipt no later than 30 days after the end of the Game.
