NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania, 21 or older. Employees of MSGN Holdings, L.P. (“Sponsor”), MSG Networks, Inc., New York Football Giants, Giants Stadium LLC, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, and dealers (the “Giants Entities”) (the “Giants”), the National Football League, its member teams, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises, LLC (collectively, “NFL Entities”), any advertiser, sponsor and/or promotional partner of the sweepstakes and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities and advertising and promotion agencies (and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
TO ENTER: The sweepstakes will begin at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 20, 2020 and end at 12:00 p.m. on November 6, 2020 (“Sweepstakes Period”). To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period, visit giantssweeps.com and follow the directions to complete and submit the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from any person will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor.
DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about 12:00 p.m. (noon) ET on November 6, 2020 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decision with respect to winner determination is final and binding.
Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or e-mail with instructions on how to claim the prize and must respond to the initial notification within seventy-two (72) hours of that notification. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of date of notification in order to claim prize. If a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within the time period stated, prize or prize notification is returned as undelivered, potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return all required documents within the required time period or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such potential winner may be disqualified and forfeits the prize. In the event a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received, time permitting.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”) (2): The winners will have the opportunity to join a chat via Zoom with select members of the Giants 1990 Super Bowl team (exact players to be determined by Sponsor) in late November 2020 or early December 2020 (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) as well as a football autographed by Carl Banks (or another player as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) . ARV: $125. If, for whatever reason, Sponsor is unable to provide the Zoom portion of the prize, no compensation or substitution will be provided; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winners. Winners must have access to Zoom in order to take advantage of the Zoom portion of the prize. Access to Zoom is free with an internet connection. All applicable Zoom terms apply. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer a prize or redeem a prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person.
PUBLICITY GRANT: Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor, NFL Entities, and their respective designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information, for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, in any manner, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation or notification to, or permission from, winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant agrees (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and (b) that Sponsor, MSG Networks, Inc., Giants, the NFL Entities, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agents and promotional partners, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in this sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries or email; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules or who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. Information submitted in connection with this sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at http://corporate.msgnetworks.com/privacy/.
WINNERS LIST: For the names of the winners (available after November 6, 2020), send a #10 self-addressed stamped envelope with the name of the applicable Promotion to: MSG Networks, 11 Pennsylvania Plaza, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10001, Attention: Steve Mars, for receipt no later than December 6, 2020.
