ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania, 18 or older. Employees and other workers, including temporary employees, freelancers and independent contractors, of MSGN Holdings, L.P. (“Sponsor”), MSG Networks, Inc., Sphere Entertainment Co., MSG Entertainment Group, LLC, New York Knicks, LLC (“Knicks”), the National Basketball Association and its member teams and NBA Properties, Inc. (collectively, “NBA Entities”), New York Football Giants, Inc. (“Giants”), the National Football League and its member teams (collectively, “NFL Entities”), the New York Rangers, LLC (“Rangers”), the National Hockey League, its member teams and NHL Enterprises, L.P. (collectively, “NHL Entities”), and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (parents, children, spouse or siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
TO ENTER: Between 5:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 18, 2023 through 7:00 PM ET on January 1, 2024 (“Sweepstakes Period”), visit MSGUltimateSweeps.com and follow the directions to complete and submit the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor.
DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about the day following the end of the Sweepstakes Period from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes Period. Potential winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail no later than 48 hours following the drawing with instructions on how to claim the prize and must respond to the initial notification within the time period stated in that notification. Potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release within the time period stated in that notification in order to claim prize. If a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within the time period stated, the prize or prize notification is returned as undelivered, the potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return all required documents within the required time period or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and forfeits the prize. In the event that the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received, time permitting.
PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Prize includes (i) two (2) Mezz Club A tickets to the Giants game scheduled to take place on January 6, 2024 or January 7, 2024 (game schedule TBD) at MetLife Stadium vs. the Philadelphia Eagles, one (1) MetLife Stadium parking pass, and two (2) admissions to pre-game field access, (ii) two (2) tickets to the Knicks home game scheduled to take place on January 9, 2024 at Madison Square Garden at 7:30 pm ET vs. the Portland Trail Blazers and two (2) admissions to Delta Club access, and (iii) two (2) VIP tickets to the Rangers home game scheduled to take place on January 14, 2024 at Madison Square Garden at 1:00 pm ET vs. Washington Capitals and two (2) admissions to Delta Club access. ARV of prize package: $3,142.00. Travel AND ACCOMMODATIONS ARE not included as part of prize. Tickets, parking pass, and Delta Club access are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Game tickets may not be exchanged for other dates. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. If, for whatever reason, a game is cancelled or postponed and/or Sponsor is unable to provide any other prize component, no compensation or substitution will be provided; however, terms of the tickets shall govern and remainder of prize will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner.
Winners and guests of must comply with all venue rules and regulations, which may include masking and/or providing proof of vaccination. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize. If winner cannot attend on date indicated above, prize will be forfeited. Winner and guest(s) fully understand that (a) the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, “COVID-19”) is extremely contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are or have been present; (b) no precautions, including the protocols that may be implemented from time to time based upon public health and government-sponsored guidelines (collectively, the “Protocols”), can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (c) while people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions; and (d) exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition.
Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including transportation to and from game. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
PUBLICITY GRANT: Winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information, for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, in any manner, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation or notification to, or permission from, winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entrants release, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, MSG Networks, Inc., Sphere Entertainment Co., MSG Entertainment Group, LLC, the Knicks, the NBA Entities, the Giants, the NFL Entities, the Rangers, the NHL Entities, and all of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective promotional partners, directors, officers, employees and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any liability for any damages, injury or losses (including death) to any person, or property, of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto). Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, email or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules or who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.
DATA COLLECTION AND USE: Any information collected in connection with a sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at http://corporate.msgnetworks.com/privacy/. By entering, you are automatically opted in to receive marketing and promotional emails from Sponsor. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you can opt-out at any time by following the unsubscribe directions included in the email.
WINNER’S NAME: For the name of the winner, send a #10 self-addressed stamped envelope to: Ultimate NY Fan Experience Sweepstakes Winner’s Name, MSG Networks, 11 Pennsylvania Plaza, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10001, no later than thirty (30) days after the drawing.
