ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of, and reside in, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut, 18 or older. Void outside the states listed and where prohibited. Employees and other workers, including temporary employees, freelancers and independent contractors, of MSGN Holdings, L.P. (“Sponsor”), MSG Networks, Inc., Sphere Entertainment Group, LLC, MSG Entertainment Group, LLC, Sphere Entertainment Group, LLC, MSG Sports, LLC, New York Knicks, LLC (“Knicks”), the National Basketball Association and its member teams and NBA Properties, Inc. (collectively, “NBA Entities”), the New York Rangers, LLC (“Rangers”), the National Hockey League, its member teams and NHL Enterprises, L.P. (collectively, “NHL Entities”), Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A., Inc., the Eastern Area Lexus Dealer Advertising Association, Inc., and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
TO ENTER: Between 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 2, 2025 through 11:59 p.m. ET on April 2, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”), visit MSGNLexussweeps.com and follow the directions to complete and submit the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor.
DRAWING: Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about three (3) days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes Period. Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or e-mail no later than 48 hours following the drawing with instructions on how to claim the prize and must respond to the initial notification within the time period stated in that notification. Potential winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit (or Declaration) of Eligibility and Liability, applicable tax form and Publicity Release within the time period stated in that notification in order to claim prize. If potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within the time period stated, the prize or prize notification is returned as undelivered, the potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return all required documents within the required time period (if applicable) or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and forfeits the prize. In the event that the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected, time permitted; after which, prize may go unawarded.
PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Prize includes: (i) two (2) tickets to the Knicks vs. Cavaliers game on April 11, 2025 (last home game of the season) at Madison Square Garden (“Arena”), a Knicks MSG Networks studio tour for winner and guest, a Lexus Gameside Studio tour for winner and guest, meet and greet with MSGN talent, and round-trip ground transportation in a Lexus vehicle (exact vehicle to be determined by Lexus) for winner and guest between Arena and winner’s residence provided winner resides within a 100 mile radius of Arena, and a swag bag for the winner (exact contents to be determined by Sponsor, approximate value of $100). ARV: $700.
Winner’s guest must be at least 18 unless the child or legal ward of the winner. Guest (or winner on behalf of their child or legal ward) may be required to execute a return a liability/publicity release.
Winner will not receive difference between actual value and approximate retail value. If the game is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, terms of the tickets shall govern. Seating to be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Tickets are subject to availability and may be subject to standard rain-check policies and procedures. Winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the ticket, venue and/or any tour. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of remaining portions of prize.
Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
PUBLICITY GRANT: Winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor, Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A., Inc., the Eastern Area Lexus Dealer Advertising Association, Inc. and their designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information, for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, in any manner, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation or notification to, or permission from, winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entrants release, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, MSG Networks, Inc., Sphere Entertainment Group, LLC, MSG Entertainment Group, LLC, MSG Sports, LLC, the Knicks, the NBA Entities, the Rangers, the NHL Entities, Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A., Inc., the Eastern Area Lexus Dealer Advertising Association, Inc., and all of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective promotional partners, directors, officers, employees and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any liability for any damages, injury or losses (including death) to any person, or property, of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto). Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, email or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules or who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.
Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A., Inc., the Eastern Area Lexus Dealer Advertising Association, Inc. and their affiliated, subsidiary and parent companies, and their respective agents, shareholders, representatives, directors, officers, contractors, dealers, dealer associations and employees, successors and assigns shall not have any responsibility for the Sweepstakes (except for providing round trip ground transportation in a Lexus vehicle pursuant to the terms hereof), or as otherwise expressly provided herein.
DATA COLLECTION AND USE: Any information collected in connection with a sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://msgnetworks.com/privacy-policy-2/ and with Lexus’s privacy policy available at http://www.lexus.com/privacy/. By entering, you are automatically opted in to receive marketing and promotional emails from Sponsor. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you can opt-out at any time by following the unsubscribe directions included in the email.
WINNERS LIST: For the winners list (first name, last initial, and state of residence), send a #10 self-addressed stamped envelope to: Lexus Experience Amazing Sweepstakes, MSG Networks, 11 Pennsylvania Plaza, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10001, Attention: Ad Sales, for receipt no later than one (1) month following end of the sweepstakes.
